Human Resources Officer
Current- Responsible for overseeing HR functions for Levi’s & Shangri-la projects, managing 700+ employees.
- Manage end-to-end HR operations including job postings, candidate shortlisting, interviewing, onboarding, and documentation.
- Efficiently create IDs and maintain attendance records using Soft Track software, ensuring accurate data management.
- Prepare monthly reports summarizing key HR metrics and share them with Levi's HR, fostering strong communication and collaboration.
- Participating in onboarding activities for new employees, helping with paperwork, drafting offer letters, providing information about company policies, offering welcome orientation, and ensuring a smooth transition.
