  ·Financial Statements/MIS: Preparation, discussion and analysis with CFO and departmental heads.·Fund flow management: Monthly/Daily Projected Cash flows and variance analysis. Monitor and Manage cash flows without adverse impact on operations.·Audit: Coordinate with external and Internal Auditors like BDO, Grant Thornton, Ibn Hyan etc. ·Job Costing: Capture Budgets, and record transactions as per the Job Costing system. Regularly review, analyze and summarize various aspects of jobs and give meaningful reports to Management and operations. ·Receivables & Payables: Posting of Customer Invoices in ERP after due verification process, Customer/Supplier Reconciliations, Various Reports including Ageing report, following with Bill Collectors to ensure prompt collection, Liaising with Lawyers for legal cases.·Accounting software Postings: Final Posting of all Sales, Purchases, Journal Vouchers, Other Expenses and income, Project job costings, Payments and Receipts vouchers.·Inventory: Monthly Inventory sheets, System reconciliations and consumption workings.·Petty Cash Management: Ensure Petty Cash policies adherence, Final approval for vouchers and monitor respective balancesKey Results and Accomplishments· Selected by management to be promoted after one of the senior person vacant the seat in one of their subsidiary company.·Standardized and simplified procedures especially for Inter divisional transactions (Interdivisional hiring Salaries and credit card etc) ·While working in a Group Company, I was abruptly chosen to handle the final audit of the main company. The Finance Manager in-charge of the audit had absconded for unknown reasons. This was a challenging assignment as I had no knowledge of the Company. However, I was able to handle the audit successfully and as a result I was promoted. ·Improved transparency, clarity and created a trail for Inter divisional reconciliations, Bank reconciliations, Vendor and Customers negative balances etc.
