1) Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) while Onboarding new and Periodic review of existing Politically Exposed Persons (PEP) activity and evidence these reviews on the customer file for either continuance of business or exit of relationship.2) Review of AML Questionnaire and necessary documentation of HRTC Tie Ups and Correspondent Bank for stringent controls to understanding the Respondent’s business, products, services and customer base enable the bank to detect activity prohibited by Group Policy. 3) Managing the escalation of cases/alerts to Business Unit, where exact match being found with negative individual and entities, on timely basis, as assigned. 4) Liasioning with cross functional business units regarding advisory related to AML/CFT related issues for timely solution.5) Ensure Quality of Reviews prior to issuance of PEP and Correspondent Banking Clearance6) Ensure Quality of Advisory being conducted by the team

1) Ensure implementation of policy and procedure on CDD & AML issues during regulatory reviews.2) Manage File notes from generation to closure. Review AML file note identifying possible STR.3) Ensure follow up with branches /areas to attend/respond pending file notes within defined timelines.4) Report all possible STR cases, identify and report to Supervisors and MLRO for reporting to (FMU).5) Ensure follow up with branches to map CTR which were not mapped in system by branches for FMU.6) High Risk Customers review to ensure effective performance of EDD procedures and compliance approval.7) Identify deficiencies related to Top 100 depositors review with continuous follow up with branches.8) To ensure all possible matches, appear in compliance queue are reviewed and dispose-off properly.9) To review sanctioned countries trade related transactions forwarded for approval by relevant units.10) Review Correspondent Accounts opened by Bank/Exchange companies & screen RMA relationship.11) Provide timely reposes to Correspondent Bank for queries & questionnaire from regulator, FMU & LEAs.12 Provide continuous guidance/training through telephone to branches for effective compliance culture13 Proper maintenance of MIS with respect to ongoing activities within department14 Assists in development of effective AML tools including development of appropriate procedures.

The training program covered all major areas of banking including, but not limited to, General Banking, Trade Finance, Credit, Islamic Banking etc. We were being provided with comprehensive training spanning over a period of six months, including both classroom as well as on the job training. As a project internee, the objective defined is to gather consumer information and examine buying trends to create marketing plans for companies. Since the firm operates on B2B business model, one of the primary duties is to design surveys that identify consumer preferences (Dealers, OEMs and Walk-in Customers in the case of Aftermarket) and prospective markets for products. The surveys are conducted over the phone, on the Internet, through the mail, and in focus groups. Once this research has been completed, the feedback is evaluated and organized into reports for company use. Also based on the research the employer is being advised on what products will be most beneficial to produce, as well as on the design, distribution, and promotion of these products. With the information provided, the firm is able to target the most profitable markets in order to generate the maximum amount of revenue possible.

Overseeing how Millward Brown (MB) is different from other players in the market, where is the need gap in the market that MB can capitalize on.
