 I have good knowledge & experience of gas engines, diesel engines, waste heat recovery boiler, RO & softening plants. Steam and water recovery using engine jacket water heat & condensing type economizer, supply hot water for processing machines. Responsible for all Maintenance & Operation Work. Provide assistance to mechanical technician and co-ordinate maintenance activities during facility shutdown periods. Ensure preventive, corrective and breakdown maintenance activities are performed in a safe manner. Accountable for troubleshooting mechanical issues and identifying the root causes of equipment failures. They must develop effective repair plans and supervise their implementation to minimize downtime and maximize the plant's operational efficiency. Attention on condition monitoring of all rotary and stationary equipment's. Responsible for the maintenance of gas, diesel engines, pumps, cooling towers, supply fans, exhaust fans, pressure vessels, Heat exchangers, radiators, waste heat recovery boilers. Provide maintenance and engineering solutions to improve plant and equipment reliability. To assist General Manager in planning and scheduling work related to maintenance.  To performed any other job, assign by the GM. Ensuring proper documentation and record of manufacturing work, implementation of SOPs and Safety precautions while working and ensuring maintenance of machines. Ensuring compliance with health and safety legislation. Maintaining records of lube oil and chemicals and requisitioning the same in time. Maintaining and timely requisitioning of consumable parts of all engines, boilers and related auxiliary. To maintain water circuit / cooling circuit in all system for trouble free operation. Maintain inventory for mechanically parts, lube oil, chemical, diesel oil and other general items.
