Principal Accountabilities / Key Areas of Responsibilities• Responsible for smooth operations of IT Infrastructure including Datacenter, Network, Systems, and user support• Responsible for contract management, Service levels management, and reporting related to IT Infrastructure• Being member of the IT Strategy Committee, responsible for updating IT strategy for the company and aligning it with business strategy and goals• Responsible for carrying out DR drill once a year and updating Disaster Recovery document• Responsible to plan and manage the complete Technology division’s budget including Infrastructure & Application support deployment & Licensing• Responsible for IT procurements for all the departments• Responsible for IT contracts related to services• Responsible for management and development of local IT support team• Work closely with Directors to communicate with the department managers, identifying business requirements and proposing IT solutions

Principal Accountabilities / Key areas of Responsibilities- Manage the ICI Enterprise Infrastructure and works closely with business and IT leaders, vendors and suppliers.- Recruits staff to include interviewing, hiring, assigning work, training, coaching, and counseling ensuring consistent application of Employee Guidelines, processes, and procedures. Conducts performance reviews, and holds employees accountable for optimal performance of their responsibilities.- Establishes level of service standards and operating policies/procedures for overall system availability and individual system components.- Organizes infrastructure group to provide support for software and hardware projects as well as new and existing application software including maintaining three-year strategic technology architecture.- Periodically reviews appropriateness of technologies used for system components and recommends modifications and/or upgrades when necessary to keep systems operating according to defined service level agreements and operating level agreements.- Assist IT Infrastructure Manager to ensure computer compliance with at least 90% over the Network and ensure to remove Stale computers & ID's from AD Servers- Ensure helpdesk performance improvement with 90% feedback on calls.- Assist ITM-IS for agreements renewal (LAN, WAN Maintenance & Helpdesk Support)- Manage a team of Inbox helpdesk resources.- Assist ITM-IS for budgeting of IT Hardware & Services etc.- Responsible for Purchase Requisition & Purchase Orders in SAP related to IT Hardware, Software’s and Services.- Follow-up with vendors for timely deliveries of hardware and record the smooth payment processing as well without any reminders.- Ensure visit to ICI Polyester Sheikhupura and Khewra as per the scheduled on monthly basis.- To make sure and give the understanding of new projects related activities to helpdesk team.- Responsible for escalating cases appropriately and managing L1/L2 support.

Principal Accountabilities / Key areas of Responsibilities- Ensure system performance continuously in order to identify opportunities for systems enhancements and upgrades- Ensure newly acquired software and hardware to proper functioning according to Akzonobel international standards.- Provide technical support to operational computer systems. (Servers & Desktops/ Laptops) & Monitor and maintain network communication.- Develop and maintain installation and configuration procedures. Perform ongoing performance tuning, hardware upgrades, and resource optimization as required.- Handle the day-to-day operations and administrations in IT communication room and technical advice on the design of network infrastructure systems, troubleshooting, problem solving and corrective actions in line to minimize systems downtime.- Support to project management teams to ensure proper installations as perAkzonobel standard specifications and requirements.- Ensuring successful delivery of projects with a cost effective approach within the agreed time line.- Manage team members to ensure optimum desktops and servers performance.- Meet SLA of all requests received and delivered according to the Businessrequirements.- Maintain the SLA above 95% on One Care Database at all locations by resolving on time issues/queries generated by the end users and document on monthly basis to evaluate the SLA level with the agreement.- Management BlackBerry Enterprise Server.- Lotus Domino Administration and databases authorization.- Administration and Managements of Microsoft TMG Server 2010.- Backup management of File Server and Lotus Notes Server.- Ensure Customer satisfaction and business support at all times.- Keep the team of engineers satisfied and reduced the turnover rate to minimum.- Keeping track of inventory of all equipment and ensuring that they are under proper maintenance contracts or warranty.

Core Responsibilities:- Using Windows server 2003/2008 Active Directory managed user’s accounts.- Deployed updates, service packs and hot fixes using Windows Update, Automatic updates, and group policies.- Supervised IT support team on ICI different locations and systems, LAN / WAN equipment, covering remote sites Multan, Sahiwal, Faisalabad and Islamabad.- Track, respond and close trouble calls placed through a centralized cooperate helpdesk.- Printer/LAN/PC troubleshooting, supporting near about 160 LAN users in a Win XP-Win 7 platform, in a centralized domain.- Assisted in troubleshooting user problems relating to operating system issues (Win XP, Win 2000 and win 7), Network Connectivity, TCP/IP Configuration, upgrades, MS Office products and internet connectivity.- Performed upgrades, installation of software and drivers and essential desktop troubleshooting.- Organize video conference, WebEx administration.- Perform call management and reporting functions- Assisted hardware troubleshooting and local system upgrades.- Configuration of Blackberry/IPhone Email services- Acts as a liaison with vendor for warranty repair work and hardware/software recommendation.- Assisted project implementation consultant on Network upgrade infrastructure.- Supervise a team of 18 persons in the IT department- Remote Connectivity of SAP Servers and client installation, account creation, authorization & connectivity with Servers at ICI’s all locations.
