1. Deal with Exporters and Importers for their FCL / LCL / Air shipments.2. Proper monitoring of cross trade / DDP / Ex-Works movements.3. Make necessary arrangements for the smooth handling of shipments and to work alongwith our Customer Service Executive, Documentation Incharge & Accounts Department as a team leader.4. Generate sales lead and to make it materialize through corresponding and negotiation with overseas agents and carriers.5. To meet L/C clauses and make all necessary shipping documents in order to avoid any discrepancy.6. To manage daily operational matters.7. Handling air shipments and make necessary arrangements for the earliest arrival of shipments.8. Coordination with airline and their agents.9. Complete follow up of all the shipments from its initial stage till delivery.10. Proper monitoring of cash flows and foresees the funds position for the smooth turnover of money.11. To make long term business plans with proper analyzing of competitors and market trend.12. To work for gaining every opportunity results in cost reduction.To manage company’s financial account specially it’s monitoring and reporting.13. Deal with Banks and its related transaction on daily basis and to cross check all the accounting entries.14. To liaise with accounts manager for the timely settlement of liabilities and to keep a close eye on debtors recovery / aging.15. To prepare an annual budget and work within its specified boundary.16. To run the Company’s accounting software as an Administrator.17. Bi-weekly backups of all the transactions.18. Properly review of all the invoices, vouchers etc., and to mitigate the mistakes.

Totally engaged in Export / Import matters and have a direct dealing with clients for their DDP / Ex Works / FOB / CNF shipments. As a Front Line Manager, responsible to assist customer will all the services incurred from shipment pickup till delivery at consignee door. To fulfill this task, I have to be in coordination with our Customer service and documentation team in order to have all current updates in hand.Further, also assist customer in finalizing their export / import documentations.
