Which consist of but not limited to; ensuring 100% uptime of IT infrastructure, developing and testing of disaster recovery procedures and carrying out up gradations in IT infrastructure with latest technologies. • Handled IT infrastructure of the hotel and provided first level support for hotel management system (Opera), Simphony, HRMS, SUNsystems, workstations, end devices, IPTV , internet & WIFI setup of hotel, file servers, security policies, CCTV, access control system.• Handled routine maintenance tasks, backup and recovery procedures, customization requests, support cases and end users training.• Managed IT Budget, IT Inventory, AMC's, subscriptions and procurement. Developed and reviewed checklists, timesheets and tasks lists to track and improve efficiency of IT Department.
