 Technical purchasing (locally) Coordinated with warehouses to generate purchase order as per the current requirement Coordinated with factory for availability of materials, delivery dates etc. Responsible for Local Raw Material, and equipment purchasing locally Keep informed of current developments in the field of purchasing, prices, market conditions and new products. Maintain a list, vendors’ file, and such other records as are needed for the efficient operation of the purchasing function. Expedites outstanding purchase orders to ensure delivery requirements are meet. Coordinates and resolves problems with end user departments and suppliers. Assist in resolving Accounts Payable invoices of Vendors from internal department.
