For the big picture my responsibilities focus on processing payments, maintaining financial records, ensuring compliance, and supporting communication with stakeholders and for the details :- Ensure accurate and timely processing of payments to banks and merchants.- Ensure all disbursements are recorded accurately in financial systems and are in line with budgetary limits.-Maintain accurate records of all payments and disbursements, ensuring proper documentation and reconciliation.- Communicate with banks and merchants regarding payment inquiries and resolve issues.- Assist in preparing reports related to payments, disbursements, and cash flow to help providing required data for Audit.- Update and maintain payment processing systems and databases.- Support finance-related tasks or projects as needed.

Working on National Economic Recovery (Pemulihan Ekonomi Nasional) or PEN Team Responsible for Pekanbaru, Banjarmasin, Semarang, and Bandar Lampung Areas . And on Regional Risk Management Tools Team (RRM).- Successfully test an application called BRI IRMS and make an Test Case to ensure that the app is ready to used by BRI Staff around Indonesia.- Successfully coordinated with PIC from my responsibility area to ensure the PEN program given to right person or UMKM.

As a Human Resource (HR) Intern, my responsibilities includebut not limited to:- Performed end-to-end recruitment process,which involves sourcing, screening, andinterviewing for Staff level such as Warehouse Staff, Helper, and Maintenance Staff- Conducted offering process and negotiated the compensation and benefits with candidates- Coordinated and maintained great communication with employee such as help the registration of BPJS Kesehatan for the employee- Help record invoices from company transactions

At BJB Depok branchHelping Commercial Division of Bank BJB Depok to reach the target of spreading out QRIS to Depok residents, especially to UMKM in Depok- Inputting the data of customer for opening an QRIS account (Quick Respond Code Indonesia Standard)- Conducted the checking process of the completeness of customer files to minimize human error and completed the files for making an QRIS account- Help customer to register and activate an QRIS account on BJB application (via mobile phone)
