Building Company and Business Awareness to Drive Revenue • Works collaboratively with local, regional and international resources to create targeted and impactful sales campaign on a regular basis • Developing strong relationships with partners (payment channel & game publisher) • Preparing sales reports to allow proper measurement of marketing activities and strategic recommendations based on analysis of ongoing promotion programs. • Develop online campaign strategy to gain revenue and exposure • Continuously monitor marketing trends and keep a close eye on competitive products in the marketplace. Building Successful Relationships • Builds and strengthens relationships with existing and new payment channel partners, Game Publisher partners, gaming writers, journalist, and local media to ensure future exposure and mutual collaborations. Activities include calls, entertainment, business trips, below the line activities, etc. • Liaise with cross-functional internal teams (including Digital Marketing, Customer Service, Product Development and Technical department) to improve the entire customer experience • Assist with challenging partner’s queries, requests or issue escalations as needed Coordinating Communications Efforts • Work with department heads or staff to discuss topics such as budgets and contract, promotional plans and the selection of advertising media. • Coordinates mechanism and information for all promotions (internal, tactical, Game Publisher’s) to Technical and Customer Service team. Providing Exceptional Customer Service • Interacts with partners to obtain feedback on product quality and service levels; effectively responds to and handles partners’ problems and complaints (If necessary)
