• Ensuring compliance with procurement policies and applicable regulations, as well as maintaining transparency and accountability throughout the procurement process.

• Managing daily maintenance of Bandeng fish breeders, including stressing processes using tidal water method and regular feeding to ensure the health and optimal condition of the breeders.
• Managing the spawning process twice a month for 4-5 days per cycle by manipulating the environment through water volume adjustments, lowering it in the morning and raising it back in the afternoon to support successful.
• Carefully tending to eggs, continuously monitoring egg quality to ensure optimal and high-quality hatching results.
• Nurturing larvae through daily monitoring, providing appropriate feed, and regularly checking water quality to support healthy larval growth and development.
• Ensuring an environment free from pests and diseases through visual inspections and the use of microscopes for early detection and prevention of health issues.
