Main Roles:Overseeing Multiple Marketing Communications Functions Across idsMED Indonesia and Beyond: Lead and manage three core marketing communications functions primarily for idsMED Indonesia. Additionally, my team provides support to Corporate and other countries (Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, Vietnam) when needed.Functions:1. Brand, Designs & Video: Ensure visual consistency and brand alignment across external (products & business) and internal (engagement & communications) materials, such as newsletters and the intranet portal.2. Content, Channels & Communications: Manage and maintain external platforms (website, social media) and internal platforms (intranet portal, newsletters), ensuring that communication channels are well-structured and engaging.3. Event Coordination: Oversee marketing and employee event coordination (online & offline), mainly in Indonesia, with occasional support to other countries when requested.Key Projects & Highlights:Revamped rejuranid.com: Spearheaded the refresh of the user interface and design to better reflect Rejuran’s brand guidelines. Worked closely with a small team, including Marketing Communications and IT, to create a more cohesive visual aesthetic and site structure, resulting in a more brand-aligned and visually compelling website.Restructuring the Marketing Communications Team: Facilitated the formation of a dedicated MarCom team for idsMED Aesthetics, establishing a separate team exclusively focused on the aesthetic business line.Contributing to idsMED eCatalogue Project: Involved in the ongoing development of idsMED’s eCatalogue platform, working alongside teams from multiple countries to ensure that the platform’s visual design, content, and structure align with the brand’s standards.Building the idsMED Aesthetics Clinic: Contributed to the establishment of the in-office Aesthetics Clinic, which serves as a facility for training, workshops, and demonstrations for doctors and clients.

Key Projects & Highlights:Initiated idsMED Aesthetics Mobile App Development: Contributed to the initial stages of the idsMED Aesthetics mobile app project. Helped define the structure and flow of the application, and set the foundation for its visual design, before handing it over to another team to complete.Contributed to idsMED Buzz Intranet Portal Development: Played a key role in aligning the visual design and structure of the idsMED Buzz intranet portal with the company's brand guidelines. Worked closely with the corporate & Indonesia DIT team to ensure a cohesive, user-friendly internal communication platform.

Key Projects & Highlights:Established Brand Guideline: Developed the foundation for idsMED’s corporate branding, creating a comprehensive set of design templates and standards that ensured brand consistency across all communications.Established Communication Channels: Contributed significantly to creating both internal and external communication channels at idsMED, ensuring there were effective platforms to convey the company’s messages clearly and consistently.Contributed to idsMED Office Interior Renovation: Provided feedback on visual approaches during the office renovation, enhancing the brand-aligned aesthetic. One of the projects that was fun to do, despite it being outside my core responsibilities.

Supported the CEO manage early-stage branding initiatives and supported cross-functional operations across HR, Sales, and Technical Support, ensuring alignment with the company’s business goals and establishing the foundation for future growth.
