Reconciling control accounts and sorting out discrepancies.• Prepared and submitted payroll, maintained annual leave calendar of all the employees therebytracked benefits and compensation.• Prepared Trial Balance and Profit & Loss Accounts and monitored finalization of accounts,supervised the whole range of Accounts Payable, Receivable, Budget Preparation, Projections &MIS Reports. • Liaised with the local auditors for statutory audit, implemented recommendations if any takecorrective action wherever required. Ascertained all accounting practice is in line with CompanyProcedures and International Accounting Standards. • Dealing with the preparation and submission of VAT Returns on TAXPeriod basis • Preparation of bank statements and payments received for distribution to the Finance• Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable management• Handling the Bank account, Letter Of Credit, TR & discounting.• Daily bank position and reconciliation with previous day’s balance.• Ascertained effective fixed assets and inventory control is applied and continuous development aswell as improvement of the procedures within the finance department • Monitoring and controlling of cash collect disbursed on daily basis.• Communication with banks, regulatory authorities and external auditors.• Payroll Managements.

 Managing all internal account and documentation affairs regarding to company matters. Supervise the analysis, summarization and maintenance of general ledger accounts and develop the chart of accounts for the entity. Handling the Bank accounts and Records. Enter and reconcile cheques cashed to account.

 Responsible for providing support for all operations functions, including regulatory compliance, reporting, HR, financial control and accounting, systems and data processing. In order to comply with Money Laundering regulations, monitoring any suspicious activities in customer’s accounts.  Reviewing and analyzing system generated daily activity of the branch. Responsible for maintenance of accounts and accurate up-to-date financial records of the Clients. Ensuring the branch operates in a secure manner monitoring all equipment, policies, procedures and activities including adherence to all appropriate regulatory requirements
