I worked as Senior HR Officer at KEPCO Plant Service & Engineering Co. 185MW CCPP (O&M contractor of Foundation Power Company Daharki Limited) Daharki, Pakistan. Dealing with all HR Functions, Recruitment & Selection, Compensation & Benefits, Performance Appraisal, Grievances etc. Check salary sheets, Attendance and leave records, Maintain employee data, coordinate with Government departments (SESSI & EOBI), Negotiate with CBA Union charter of demands, etc. Prepared Company Policy and ensured compliance with policy as per labour law and disciplinary procedure. I was handling administrative work also i.e. Employees' colony house allocation and maintenance follow-up, Transportation Schedules, Employees' medical claims through the insurance company, etc. Creats good relationships between employees and management, achieved maximum targets assigned by the higher management. Excellent interpersonal skills to be used in the best interest of the company. Follow up court cases related to the labour/employees and coordinate with the lawyers to keep updating the management about cases. I have the license (ITP) income tax practitioner and High Court also.
