As EPC Main Contractor, primarily responsible for post-award contracts and subcontract management activities involving the pro-active and reactive risk identification of contractual issues, assessment of the risk impact, devising risk mitigation strategies and implementing the most appropriate risk response, for both upstream processes with clients and downstream functions with the subcontractors. 2. Preparing, negotiating and finalizing the contractual claims in relation to Extension in Time for Completion due to employer risk, disruptions and other excusable event, and cost claims for variations, EOT and prolongation costs, disruption and loss of productivity, change in law and other events identified in the contract and applicable law. 3. Manage downstream EPC (including O&M) functions for process, MEP & civil works including boiler & turbine.a. Developing a pre-qualification strategy, defining KPIs and supervising the complete pre-qualification processb.
