• Lead and oversee ERP projects implementation, ensuring alignment with the scope of work, deliverables, and customer expectations.• Collaborate with clients to define project terms, objectives, and deliverables during the Project Inception phase.• Conduct and document Gap Analysis sessions, ensuring alignment with client requirements and managing follow-ups effectively.• Evaluate available Odoo modules from the app store and oversee the development of custom modules when required, ensuring detailed Software Design Documents (SDDs) for developers.• Manage the development lifecycle, including task allocation, progress monitoring, and quality assurance, ensuring timely delivery of client-specific solutions.• Facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) sessions, ensuring client sign-off and satisfaction.• Develop and deliver training sessions to enhance client understanding and usage of implemented modules.• Oversee data migration activities, including data format sharing, validation, and system integration.• Coordinate Go Live sessions, ensuring a seamless transition and comprehensive documentation for project records.• Create and maintain User Manuals, ensuring clients have accessible guides for system navigation and operation.• Mentor and guide cross-functional teams, including developers and consultants, to achieve project goals.

• Study the terms of references, scope of the work and deliverables shared by customers.• Help the project manager in project planning and deadlines (Project Inception Report).• Gap Analysis sessions with client, note the gaps points in a document and share the meeting minutes with client.• Search the modules in the app store if they are already existed.• If the modules are not available in the app store, then built a Software Design Document (SDD) as per the gaps identified for developers.• Explain SDD to developers, assign tasks and follow ups until the gaps are fully developed. Monitor the developer’s timesheets.• Once developers completed the tasks, do quality assurance of the software as per client requirements.• Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with client and sign a formal document of UAT from client.• Skill development session with client for training of the modules.• Conduct Go Live session with client and share the meeting minutes for recording purpose.• Share the data format with client for data migration. Receive, validate the file, and import it into the system.• Document the User Manuals for the client.
