Placed in LEAN department to support Lean management engineer for :- To study and improve Job break down sheet for coating process.- To study and improve quality, yield and cycle time of production.- To study and analyze total attendant hour data.- To study and develop process standard work for Final Inspection Glass, Blue Glass, and Milling.- To implementing the 5s methodology to create work place efficiency.- Correction and addition information in job break down sheet (work instruction) in filter process.- To study and analyse the standards checking of work order in Annealing, wafer, blue glass process.

Experience and knowledge learnt involved and practices as below :- To repair and troubleshoot PLC controller in extruding and cutting machine- To repair and troubleshoot Pneumatic and hydraulic system.- Preventive maintenance for cutting machine.- Maintain and improve targeted quality, yield and cycle time of all cutting machine.- Analyse and rectify problem encountered during operated- Control and maintain tools, equipment and machinery in production.

Experiences and knowledge learnt, involved as below : - Support and assistance engineer for monitor all water flow in Infineon plant.- To supervise and maintain all machine in good condition- Standard checking machine and maintenance services in Predictive, Preventive, Corrective and Breakdown maintenance for HVAC system.- To service and repair cooling tower and air condition split unit.
