Responsibilities: • Directly work with Senior Management for Accounts & finance related issues• Prepare monthly, half yearly and yearly accounts for Miami Ventures, & Other Concern (BASF, DKSH & Musim Mas)• Keeping records of transactions & prepare all kinds of vouchers in Troyee Software on regular basis.• Liaison with banks and oversee day-to-day banking matters.• Landed cost calculation after receiving the goods & posting in Troyee Software.• Preparation of Remittance Claim documents & send to Diversey, India on Monthly basis. • Maintain & disburse Payroll/Dividend (Miami Ventures, BASF, DKSH & Musim Mas)• Monitoring of Cash flow & Fund flow as per company policy.• Support the Management in arriving at profitability analysis, product pricing, project costing, budgeting, MIS etc.

Responsibilities: • Check & verify all purchase requisition & transactions; check money receipt, bill, voucher, daily expenses etc.• Responsible for reconciling all bank accounts and cash book on monthly basis.• Ensure that ledgers and bank statements are reconciled in regular basis.• Ensure that all financial records are maintained in Tally software including bank receipts, invoices, bank vouchers, bank statement, petty cash voucher, stock register, Profit & Loss Statement etc.• Ensure timely clearance of all Tax and VAT payments.• Prepare monthly salary for Head office & Factory.• Prepare financial statements and other financial reports like accounting ledger, trial balance, project summary, receipt and payment statement, balance sheet, income statement and related accounting statements & reports.
