• Receive, prioritize and resolve IT support requests (Troubleshoot).• Installation, configuration, maintenance, repair, and provision of good daily support for hardware & software, email, devices such as printers, scanners, etc.• Installation and Maintenance of Infrastructure Network and Internet (LAN/WAN).• Create job report for evaluation.
