-Configuring, troubleshooting and preservation of servers including Active directory, DHCP, DNS.-Reengineered company’s systems setup, establishing automated server generation routines, optimizing system performance, installing upgrades/patches, establishing system monitoring and maintaining security protocols.-Ensured that all server hardware, operating systems, software and procedures aligned with organizational standards and strategic business plan.-Installation and troubleshooting of various network and peripheral devices to the network.-Maintaining and securing network by performing network monitoring, maintaining documentation, analysis and troubleshooting problems, escalating problems to vendor.-Deployment and configuration of Terminal Servers using terminal services around 80 users with high availability of servers for redundancy.-Deployment and installing the NAS Synology which centralized the user data and access via terminal services.

I am responsible for installing, maintaining and supporting computer communication networks and systems within an organization or between organizations. My goal is to ensure the smooth operation of communication networks and systems in order to provide maximum performance and availability for their users, such as staff, clients, customers and suppliers.I work internally as part of an organization’s IT support team. -Performing Administration and Performance monitoring of Domain Server, Lotus Domino Server, ISA Server, other legacy applications servers and to liaison with relevant hardware vendors.-Maintaining High Availability & Disaster Recovery mechanisms for above mentioned servers and implementing email backup procedures.-Managing, troubleshooting, installing and Supporting Windows XP /7 /8/8.1/10 and Windows Server 2003 / 2008 / 2012 R2 Operating Systems at Servers and client PCs.-Providing entire end user support to lotus domino related issues and performing tasks e.g creating/deleting User Ids, Issuing Certificates, deployment of Id at end user’s PC etc.-Developing, implementing and supporting domain policies at IT and business users within organization by appropriately configuring domain servers.-Create accounts and provide access rights to business users at Shared File Servers and to maintain its confidentiality and availability.-Installing, supporting and maintaining new server hardware and software infrastructure;-Ensuring the most cost-effective and efficient use of IT equipment and suggesting and providing IT solutions to business and management problems;-Ensuring that all IT equipment complies with industry standards and providing training and technical support for users with varying levels of IT knowledge and competence.-Working closely with other departments/organizations` and collaborating with other IT staff;Planning and implementing future IT developments and undertaking project work.
