- Managing department's Raw Materials (Film Grade Chips, Silica Chips, Regrind Chips, Special Film Grade Chips) & Chemicals inventory required for daily BOPET film production. - Making sure that all Raw Materials received have their Certificate of Analysis (COA) as per standards.- Maintain check & balance of Duty Free & Duty Paid material according to production plan.- Forecasting Raw Materials status according to their stock availability & consumption.- Responsibe for daily collection of all Non-Recyclable Wastages from Production & Erema Plants.- After collection of all Non-Recyclable Wastages, weighing & filling them in Jumbo Bags and handing over to Admin Dept on daily basis physically as well as on SAP.- Handing over Empty Jumbo bags to Admin Dept on daily basis physically as well as on SAP. - Tabulating Daily, Weekly & Monthly reports of Production, Raw Material Consumption, Chemical Consumption, Recyclable & Non-Recyclable Wastage Produced physically and on SAP.- Formulating plant Startup/Shutdown reports & presenations.- Making Raw Material & Chemical Reservations on SAP.- Making Raw Material Purchase Requisition (PR) on SAP.- Making & managing Good Receipt (GR) on SAP Production Orders of Film Line 01, Film Line 02, Erema 01, Erema 02 & Chemical.- Marking consumption of Raw Materials & Chemicals as per Physical stock available on SAP Production Orders of Film Line 01, Film Line 02, Erema 01, Erema 02 & Chemical.- Making sure no errors or differences should be present in SAP Production Orders of Film Line 01, Film Line 02, Erema 01, Erema 02 & Chemical.- Monthly Completion/Closing without differences of all SAP Production Orders of Film Line 01, Film Line 02, Erema 01, Erema 02 & Chemical.- Responsible for carrying out Monthly Internal Audit of all Raw Materials, Chemicals & Work-in-progress.- Responsible for carrying out Monthly Reconciliation of all Raw Materials, Chemicals & Work-in-progress as per SAP & Physical stock.
