Developed strategy, planning, execution and technology deployment processes. Execution: Savings $56M. Collected and managed pool funding from business units. Increased funding and expanded business scope. Closed gaps in technology by completing 60 new projects a year. Managed 16 technology group owners and over 40 planning team members. Executed annual planning process. Deployment: Savings $26M. Simulation Control Summary (SCS) in FMEA: Led the team to develop over 500 Simulation process summaries from across the corporation. Combined SCS's with mapped test controls in a single database. Integrated database into corporate FMEA tool where designers would pick appropriate simulation controls to mitigate design risks. As a result, the simulation usage increased in FMEA by 14% within only 6 months and a similar reduction in iron controls also occurred. Enterprise Simulation Strategy Development: Participated in Enterprise Simulation Strategy Development project. Conducted SWAT analysis and bench marking. Engaged executive management to get the buy in. Developed simulation vision of "Simulation Powered Product Development. Analysis/Simulation/Test Forum (Annual): Led the planning & execution of AST forum New technology, networking, collaboration, keynote speakers. Expanded the scope, participation increased from 200 to 1100 product development engineers. Increased collaboration, increased Test participation by 25%, increased Design participation by 28%.
