CurrentTo prepare a schedule for maintenance of gas systems.To perform corrective and preventive maintenance on various LPG, SNG, and NG gas systems. Specialist in the upkeep of various LPG pumps, vaporizers, compressors, and other LPG/SNG components.Prepared and approved work instructions/standard operating procedures (SOP) for day-to-day maintenance jobs on LPG/SNG/NG Gas systems, and modified as needed.Approved work permit issuer for ADNOC.Adhere to the HSE procedure & wear the mandatory safety gears as and when required.Ensure equipment/tools are calibrated on time as per the expiry dates. Yearly performance evaluation of direct reporting.Prepare a maintenance department emergency duty plan.Preparing cost estimates and ensuring appropriate materials and tools are available.Providing technical advice and suggestions for improvement on particular projects,Diagnosing and troubleshooting equipment as required.Negotiating with suppliers and vendors to ensure the best contracts.Gathering data, compiling reports, and delivering presentations to relevant stakeholders.Delegating tasks and scheduling meetings and training sessions where required.Completing quality assurance and providing feedback to the team.Prepare preventive maintenance sheets.
