• Plant (Sea Water Reverse Osmosis) Operation & Maintenance (Capacity 40,000 m3/day) within plant design specification and guidelines.• Development of the O&M process (SOP).• Conducting Routine Audits on Operation & Maintenance Activities.• Planning & Implementation of maintenance programs/interval, for all plant Equipment PPM through SAP System.• Development of Risk Assessment Method Statements.• Technical Reporting related to Operation & Maintenance concerns & RCA.• Development of Emergency Response Plans for Emergency Scenarios & Business Continuity Plan/procedures.• Training & Implementing HSE procedures to O&M Team.• Managing the Plant Operation & Maintenance Teams/Shift.• Ensuring interruption free service (plant Operation).• Water Quality Monitoring & Operation optimization to meet defined water quality as per KAUST limits.• Managing plant operations in order to ensure full Compliance of Health & Safety/Environmental aspects/Impact as per PME requirement, KAUST HSE Policies.• Managing Plant Equipment major maintenances by OEM/Vendors.• Managing all the required certifications from Third parties for plant equipment/instruments.• Training & Implementing Chemical Management, Waste Management, Air Quality SOPs.• Managing Plant operations efficiently in order to minimize Specific Energy/power consumption per water production & process optimization.• Managing the Plant O&M in order to meet the contractual SLA (Service Level Agreement) on all agreedKPIs (Key Performance Indicators) on day to day basis.• Conducting Technical meetings with Client for all the technical discussion for plant overall O&M and sustainability.
