- Responsible to make sure Project executed safely and comply with HSE standard and Indonesia regulatory requirement.- Providing functional support in areas related to such as procedures, best practices, resources, lessons learned, incident reporting & investigation to achieve Project goals.- Conduct HSE supervision at construction site to make sure project execution are carried out safely and environmentally friendly, drive to improve construction site overall HSE awareness and culture continuously. - Provide technical support and recommendation in area related to Project team and Contractors. - Working closely with client to achieve project goals and objective.- Responsible for developing and implementing organizational safety programs.- Maintain an appropriate level of awareness, knowledge and preparedness across the organization, HSE managers coordinate training programs for employees.- Investigates such incidents, establishes the causes and recommends preventive action against a recurrence.- Prepares monthly reports and makes presentations which indicates day-to-day workplace inspection results and workers' response to safety incidents.

- Develop QHSE strategy and policy for the company and its end-to-end operations.- Ensure the implementation of QHSE policies and programs is in accordance with applicable regulations and customers’ requirement.- Carry-out risk management activities, applicable report writing, industrial HSE compliance audits, emergency responses, HSE Training, incident investigation and data analysis.- Design, build, and implement HSE campaigns to internalize HSE culture in the company.- Coordinate the achievement of targets and work safety programs.- Implement and monitor site-specific health, safety and environmental operations and tasks at the company’s office and site network.
