Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:1. Design, implement, and facilitate annual marketing plan for the TV. Support and facilitate development and implementation of section business/marketing plans. 2. Oversee the Charitable Contributions Foundation. 3. Organize and implement client relations including:• client development activities• special events4. Writing proposals for new business; participate in planning and presentation sessions, when assigned. 5. Develop and administer marketing database which includes client and prospect information, mailing list applications, access to financial reports, etc. 6. Design and plan quarterly marketing.7. Supervise Marketing Assistant, Client Services Administrator, and Regional Marketing Managers.8. Channel Brand Imaging via print media & outdoor advertising.9. A marketing director contributes to the development and growth of an organization through multifaceted roles.10. A marketing director works closely with management and the sales team to define an organizations objective and plan marketing strategies and budgets in order to realize the goals of marketing programs.11. A marketing director is also responsible for maintaining a good working environment for his or her subordinates. He or she develops and facilitates marketing communication plans, determines whether marketing objectives are being met, conducts consumer research, and also plans advertising and promotional activities.
