About fabric quality:We ensures the knitting quality as grey formNeedle mark,Needle hole,Sinker mark,Oil mark,Grey weight,Grey Dia,Contamination of the yarn,Etc.Than after dyeing we cheek the Uneven dyeing,Colour sport,Clolur fastness for wait, Colour fastness to light, Rubbing fastness.Shrinkage, SpirilityWeight,Etc.After complete of the inspection if fabric is passing than we give the cutting permeation for garments make (T-Shirt, Polo Shirt, etc.).Before cutting we cheek the measurements of the pattern board of the garments. After cutting we cheek the cutting panels, we short out the defect part & replace them.My quality people cheek all sewing operations & we find out all sewing defect than we send for rectify to the production people. Here we see,Workman ship,Uneven sewing,Needle cut,Skip stitch,Oil sport,Dirty sport,If garments are printed than we cheek all defect of print,Now my people cheek the measurements of the garments then we send for press.After press farther make final cheek.Now we see the get up of the garments & measurement.Than we send the garments to the folding & packing peoples.They attach with the garments All tag as per buyer instruction than they complete the folding & poly, than they complete the carton as per buyer instruction.Now we make a per-final inspection, if we found the goods as per buyer requirements than we offer the final inspection to buyer & we also send our per-final inspection report to them if they ask.
