• Supervising the day-to-day operations of the administrative department and staff members.• Developing, reviewing, and improving administrative systems, policies, and procedures and Identifying opportunities to improve a business’ policies or objectives• Ensuring the office is stocked with necessary supplies and that all equipment is working and properly maintained.• Working with the accounting and management teams to set budgets, monitor spending, and process payroll, factory and canteen expenses and effective canteen and staff colony management• Serve as a confidential point of contact for employees to communicate with management, seek clarification on issues or dilemmas, or report irregularities.• Direct programs, such as air or water compliance, spill prevention or control, hazardous waste or materials management, waste management, Hygiene management, integrated pest management, employee training, or emergency preparedness.• Developing and implementing innovative strategies to streamline factory operations.• Screening, recruiting and training new factory workers.• Coordinate with different department managers and senior management to review all departmental compliance policies.• Perform periodic audits and management review meetings on company procedures and processes.• Lead employee training sessions

• Oversee all business operations relating to compliance including policies, investments, and procedures.• Design and monitor control systems to deal with violations of legal rules and internal policies.• Regularly assess the efficiency of control systems and recommend effective improvements.• Review and evaluate company procedures and reports to identify hidden risks or common issues.• Coordinate with different department managers to review all departmental compliance policies.• Perform periodic audits and management review meetings on company procedures and processes.• Lead employee training sessions on legal and compliance issues.• Direct the development or Implementation of ISO Integrated Management System based on ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001, QHSE policies and procedures within the company• Ensuring timely and effective investigation of incidents and implementation of corrective actions

• Responsible for complete manufacturing, managing production including daily monitoring of staff daily assignments, monitoring timeliness and quality of products and ensuring production is carried out in the most efficient manner.• Responsible for timely and well-planned corrective maintenance related activities across the plant.• Ensuring all the equipments are running smoothly by minimum breakdown and no production loss due to breakdowns.• To ensure that all Operations is managed considering the company rules, policies and regulations.• Responsible for installation and erection of new Production Line for Masterbatch Production• Resolve technical problems as and when arises and setting production parameters, recipe adjustments and alterations.• Ensuring maintenance and upkeep of production equipment.
