Hi...Muhammad Shaiful.Graduated from Sultan Abdul Halim Mu'adzam Shah Polytechnic in Diploma Mechanical Engineering.My experience was in manufacturing engineering process for Printed circuit board..Below is detail of my knowledge, skills and experience.•Create Documentation & produce Process Instruction (Visual Aids). •Perform and Assist First Article with NPI group. •Run NPI (new product introduction) for Aerospace product especially for GE customer. Also Involving in Infinera customer for Advance fiber optic. •Assist process Engineer in standard time studies and carry out evaluation and any assignment given by process engineer. •Knowledgeable in reflow profile, Mascot programming, Wave profile, CUBE and ERSA selective wave, wire stripping machine and backend process for Aerospace standard specification. •Knowledgeable in HLA process, MES configuration, jig fixture troubleshooting, OCV, smart torque configuration. •Follow up any issue in production line start from birth of PCB until ship to the customer. • Able to hands on PCBA minor rework. • Handle daily operations of product. • Ensure Line yield is maintained to the required standards. • Monitor Line Utilization. • Create the improvement project (Kaizen). • Able to perform manual soldering & final assembly process • Perform schedule maintenance for Jig& fixture. •Fabricate new ji & fixture for NPI and sustaining product.
