• Provide and ensure consistent financial reporting practices and procedures. This includes compliance with internal controls and financial policies and procedures; • Provides analytical support to the CEO and continually improves financial reporting, system and data;• Provides monthly performance reporting to the CEO highlighting trends and opportunities to assist in improving profits, margins and reducing costs;• Maintain adequate system of accounting records and comprehensive controls on budget;• Liaises with the accounting local and regional teams on key areas of financial control, e.g. collection of cash, collation of accruals, asset management;• Ensures all weekly/periodic data is collected and imputed and period end numbers produced by accounting are reviewed;• Identifies risks and opportunity areas to the forecasts and presents the monthly forecasting figures to the management team;• Effectively plans cash flow needs based on assumptions made;• Issues detailed Profit and Loss to the management team, highlighting poor performance and opportunities;• Develop financial management mechanisms that minimize financial risk;• Conduct reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities;• Manage company's financial accounting, monitoring and reporting system;• Identifies and delivers financial training to support team for development;• strategy formulation and evaluation;• Keeping abreast of changes in financial regulations and legislation;• Managing & Coordinating semi/annual audit activities with External and Internal Auditors;• Producing Monthly Management Accounts & other financial reports as required by Management;• Preparation, managing & monitoring of Annual Budgets;• Cost Analysis, monitoring, management & reporting;• Project costing on routine basis depending on types, nature & frequencies of projects.• Project documentation, managing project files, project progress reports, contract, agreements & settlements.

• Formulate and institute a control mechanism and to continuously identify areas for improvement in Accounts Payable areas / processes in ensuring all Company’s liabilities are discharged accurately, timely and in a cost effective manner; • Review and monitor progress on claims to ensure that claims are timely and accurately processed;• Manage all banking and treasury related operations such as payment instructions, bank reconciliations and trade finance facilities in compliance with the governing policies and procedures, acts and legislation to ensure practice of good governance and Company’s credibility;• Regular review of the daily bank balances, cash forecasts and liaison with banks for funds requirement/receipts in ensuring Company funds are adequate and properly managed in meeting the daily operational requirements;• Establish an effective monitoring and control mechanism for Petty Cash funds and Petty Cash record to ensure all transactions made are in accordance with Company's policies, procedures and guidelines and funds replenishment are timely made to service daily needs;• Establish an effective monitoring mechanism in areas of Accounts Receivable and Credit Control in ensuring timely billing and receipts from third parties;• Manage inter-company / inter-unit billing and clearing of inter-company / inter-unit charges;• Prepare feasibilities and projections regarding obtaining, rescheduling, restructuring, managing and monitoring various finance facilities for working capital requirements and expansion, balancing, modernizing & replacement (BMR) of Company;• Responsible of setting System of Internal Controls / procedures, Controls accounting systems, policies & procedures;• Project costing, activity based costing & budgeting;• Responsible for import & LC retirement;• Preparation of monthly, quarterly & annual accounts of the company and responsible for annual audit and half yearly review.

• Assist in assessing the operation risks by reviewing & evaluating the available internal procedures and supporting documents to ensure they provide an effective control system addresses identified risks using “WMGR” (what may go wrong) techniques. • Conduct different risk assessment & other audit field works procedures in different group locations with the assistant auditors under the supervision of Manager Audit using CORPORATE AUDIT MANAGMENT SYSTEM.• Assist in auditing the compliance with operational rules & regulations, industrial standards.• Mapping the recommending operational controls into the available ERP system & gather evidential matters on audit works procedures given by the Manager Audit.• Heavily participate in the online follow-up system ‘TEAMCENTRAL” under senior auditor supervision.• Actively participate in the wrap-up meetings to discuss the Audit draft reports of different industries.• Implement under the Supervision of Manager Audit the audit programs to assess the operational fraud risks.• Participate in special audit assignments requested by the TOP management & Organizations.• Assist the Manager to run his duties professionally and to implement all the required tasks in efficient & effective manner within the time frame allocated.• Provides input for preparation of annual audit plan and estimate resource needs
