As a Technology Specialist at ITE Corp, I provide system administration, software updates, and problem solving services to various clients in different industries. I have been working at ITE since Sep 2023, after completing a five-month contract with them earlier that year. I have three Azure certifications: Azure Administrator Associate, Implementing Azure Infrastructure Solutions, and Azure Virtual Desktop Specialty, which I obtained from RAKICT, a leading IT training center in Egypt. I also have a bachelor's degree in commerce, majoring in accounting, from Assiut University, which gives me a solid understanding of business and financial processes.
