I am a Teaching Assistant at the Faculty of Agriculture, Cairo University, Animal Nutritionist and PhD student at IRTA (Barcelona, Spain) with good experience in dairy cattle, beef cattle and small ruminants farms. I did my international master degree at CIHEAM IAMZ (Zaragoza, Spain) in animal nutrition. The combination of field work and academic career together with studying abroad allowed me to develop strong technical and communication skills, as well as an understanding of the principles of animal production (nutrition, breeding, reproduction, management.. etc). In addition, I have developed excellent problem solving skills and am able to work independently or in collaboration with others.I am interested in the field of ruminant nutrition, animal sciences, AI, technological applications in animal husbandry, as well as milk and meat quality, feed industry and technology, biostatistics and data science.
