• Attaining goals/objectives as Relationship Manager of Remedial/SAM Group and its overall performance• Protect the bank's assets in Corporate and Commercial/SME accounts and keep close watch on the business activities of defaulters alongwith surprised visits of site as well as respond all types of correspondence to resolved the problems and prevent them from being overdue and pursue vigorously for settlement of loan liabilities and prepare proposals for the Risk & Board Credit Committee.• Negotiate and deal with problematic customers and judgment debtors for recovery to meet the targets set by the Bank, as a result recovered (i)PKR 77 M during the year Dec’ 2010 (ii)PKR 163 M during the years Dec’ 2011 (iii)PKR 487 M during year Dec’ 2012 and (iv)PKR 47 M during March 2013. I have also undertake any special task of litigation nature to support the business unit• To visit both Banking and High Court and monitor the litigation activities of allocated cases and visit sites of collaterals retained with the bank to undertake attachment for auction• Maintain MIS of allocated cases and forward on monthly, quarterly and annual basis as per SBP requirement and complied the procedure of the Bank.
