AS PROCUREMENT OFFICER:• measure efficiency of Local procurement, Imports, clearing agent efficiency and Logistics efficiency.• measure Warehousing efficiencies , Inventory movement efficiencies.• Communicate with Insurance Company to insured the stock in Transit within Pakistan• Communicate with Agent for import on different payments for imports• Manage the Shipments for examination of Custom• Internal stock audit, prepare for external audit and reporting to higher management• Manage the Transportation and negotiate in Purchase of services of Transporter• Handle Local Procurement by taking Quotations, Comparing, and Negotiation• Manage all the documents related imports and Handling big volume imports,record of Security Deposits to Shipment Organizations and ex-bond entries• Cross check the Bills of Imports Clearing Agents• Making Purchase Order, Comparison Chart of Quotation• Analyze Inventory of Warehouse against Sales Orders, manage accordingly• Manage Stocks of Custom Bonded Warehouse L/C wise

1. Maintain receiving, warehousing and distribution operations by initiating, coordinating and enforcing program, operational and personal policies and procedures2. Control inventory levels by ensuring inventory transactions are accurately logged3. Oversee warehouse operations by monitoring safety & security procedures and protocols4. Arrange proper storage of products in case respective specified area becomes occupied5. Arrange proper records of approved and rejected batches and arrange disposal of rejected batches as per decision made with concerned Blending plant Technical team and senior management6. Identify and drive resolution of work hazards, safety risks and improvement opportunities7. Getting maximum output from labor by making timely decisions for execution of various job at different location8. Ensure the problem solving with participation and consultation of concerning subordinates9. Manage proper training of all subordinates in his area of responsibility10. Physical stock taking every weekly & monthly

Leading Supply Chain department: 1. Liaison with customer: Facilitate a close working relationship between Customer and organization. 2. Procurement Planning: Process the “Purchase Order” via SAP. Communicate with venders for fulfillment of Orders within the Lead Time. Receiving the material from vendor and ensured the material as per Purchase Order. Issue “Good Receipt Note”. Supplier Evaluation and Registration in SAP. Manage the P2P cycle. Liaison with “Accounts Department” for supplier outstanding. 3. Inventory Management: Issuance of material via SAP to QC for approval and then handed over to Production, Maintain minimum and maximum level of stocks by applying “Just in Time”. 4. Warehouse Management: Warehouse managed via SAP. Manage Space, Issue a lot code and segregate the inventory, supervision of ID labels, inventory location and type of storage (pallet, case etc.) On the basis of FIFO. Compile monthly stock audit reports. WIP inventory management.5. Logistics Control:Plan the shipments to the customers on basis of FIFO. Issue the Delivery Challan and Invoice via SAP, Manage the relations with goods transport companies in order to maintain the goods services to Customers. Manage the reverse Logistics and disposal of the goods. 6. Others • Lead EY stocks audit. • Planning Production. • Monthly sales report and compared it with target.
