I'm someone who revels in problem solving, conjuring marketing strategy and improving digital user journeys and platforms. My interest in this particular area arose from a very young age with an obsession with eSports and video games. Drawing from my experience of interacting with multiple genre of games and platforms, I came to realize the simplistic manner in which these video games perfected the art of user education and experience. It is fascinating the way in which a plethora of varying kinds of information is concisely displayed in a manner in which people who are completely oblivious to the concept of the game are immediately hooked by it. I believe that there is much to draw from such platforms when learning about consumer behavior and the manner in which these consumers would interact with new products across different industries such as digital finance. Furthermore, I believe that the majority of the digital institutions are somewhat oblivious to ideas of gamification, customer retention and loyalty.
