• Punjab since February 2016, looking after 6 districts with respect to administer the 258-education setup academically/administration /security. The project was to take over closed school and raised them to the desired standard.• Establishing the Regional office Lahore and Islamabad, selection and posting of requisite staff like HR, Admin and security and finance department and also area office at 14 sites. Awarded certificate by Vice President.• Being focal person handling all matters with Punjab Government/ensuring implementation of policies and parallel coordination with all concern DCO, DPO district authorities.• Managing 3000 staff with secure environment. Ensuring timely disbursement of pay, transportation, hiring /timely replace of staff, yearly appraisal and goal /target setting, strict monitoring.• Formation of all departments Human Resource, Procurement and hiring of staff. Managing large fleet of company vehicles.

•Served in Fatima Group Head office Lahore as General Manager Admin/security since Aug 2012 till Sep 2015, handling various projects, coordinating among various departments.•Administering all security & admin of Head Office, Regional offices, Fertilizer plant and Sugar plant. •Efficiently established protocol section in all big cities ensuring all administration / security of entire group including protocol to foreigners, high officials arriving from abroad. Dealing with ministry of Defence and Interior. •Acquisition of land/construction of housing colony at different site development of energy plant, sugar plant, weaving mills. Special sanction of canal water for Fatima plant from CM.•Construction of Hanger for Airport estimate reduced to 33M from 56M and successful completed at Lahore Airport.•Coordination with all Top CEO of Private Group like DESCOM, Nestle, ICI, SAS, Aga Khan Groups etc. Including DHA Working on establish of AKU Hospital with DHA.•Taking on-board Top-Level officer, Commissioner IG Police, on security/admin matters frequently/security clearance.•Organizing a complete safety and security system for office building and employees on all sties by introducing/designed security system for the entire group thus saving 6.5 million out of allotted budget.
