I am presently heading the MEAL component in Dvara E-Registry. Largely working on the principles of Result Based Monitoring approach and Donor Committee for Enterprise Development (DCED) standards monitoring framework. I have designed robust frameworks for monitoring and periodic evaluation of our programmes encompassing financial inclusion, agricultural and business productivity services for smallholder farmers and Farmer Producer Organisations.

I am presently leading the M&E component in a Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation supported programme in Bihar called “Women’s Advancement in Rural Development and Agriculture (WARDA)” The programme emphasises on introducing sustainable and community-owned institutions. I am managing the internal monitoring and donor reporting requirements. Major job responsibility includes reviewing all project components and designing appropriate monitoring and evaluation mechanisms and reporting requirements, for all key activities in respect of each component. I ensure that M&E activities are designed in line with the Log Frame for programme results. I work towards developing systems and procedures for reporting on project progress and providing technical inputs on the design of research studies. As a M&E manager, I develop necessary tools, collecting data, conducting data clarification and cleaning, data analysis and preparing technical reports, providing feedback and guidance on data collection and reporting to Project Lead and respective Field Teams. This helps in providing performance-based reporting inputs to Project Lead and M&E lead as per requirement. Lastly, I also define the set procedures and company policies to the team and ensure that they work and act within the parameters

As a Senior Consultant, I identified opportunities for expanding and increasing the impact of Mott MacDonald's M&E work including consultancies, training and other forms of capacity building work. I monitored and kept up to date on key M&E related developments and debates in the sector. In addition to that, I assisted in expanding our network of potential collaborators in this area including consultants and possible institutional partners. I also contributed to Mott MacDonald's development of M&E thematic capacity, including supporting organisational learning and development of internal and external materials and publications. Lastly, I was engaged in production of organisation's research and learning initiatives and publications that included blogs, newsletter, website, occasional papers, books and events
