Where, My responsibilities were as under:Full hold on inventory in store as physical and in Software system.To Maintain store receipt / issue transaction.To Prepare the receipt document i.e. material receipt and inspection note, etc.To Prepare the outward, returnable gate pass and maintain their records.To Prepare the GRN and other documents.To Prepare the supplier / sub-supplier report.To Maintain the ledger and bin cards of all material.To Maintain the Stock level of imported and local material.To Prepare the reports of issued material cost center wise for monthly and annually consumption.To Prepare the purchase indent imported items in the light of set stock levels.
