Verify invoices properly by checking quantities, prices, receiving stamp & signs as well PO & delivery notes.• Posting vendor’s invoices to the SUN System by extracting the purchases from material control system which are posted through receiving module, ensuring the expenses are going to right GL codes.• Preparation of manual JVs to post the direct invoices.• Preparation of vendor’s cheques or bank transfers to ensure the payments before end of agreedcredit terms.• Preparation & posting of petty cash expense reimbursement claim received from GeneralCashiers.• Interaction with procurement department for LPO, contract and advance payments.• Random check of ageing report of vendors to ensure long outstanding are cleared as per terms.

• To establish purchasing agreements with suppliers and contractors.• To ensure purchase orders are raised for goods of any kind and that specific authorizationsare gained prior to processing.• To review all purchase orders for compliance and applicable purchasing agreements.• To evaluate and qualify appropriate suppliers / contractors based on time / budget scopecriteria.• To oversee the receiving and storing of all the OS&E items ordered during the pre-openingphase of the hotel.• To receive non-food deliveries, advise requisitioning departments that products have arrivedand deliver, as necessary.• To ensure that inventoried items are stored properly and issued in rotation to minimizewastage and spoilage.• To attend and actively participate in all relevant briefings/meetings.• To attend all compulsory trainings and any further training deemed appropriate by yourmanager.• To assist with monthly stock takes of the inventory storerooms and other areas as directed.• To act as a super user for the material management software implementation / upgrades.
