Operations Coordination and Monitoring under the Crisis Strategy and Operations GroupReports directly to Deputy Director and lead the team in 3 Core Functions below:1. Public Health/ Border Policy and Control- Liaise with Travel Policy and CD Policy teams to be appraised with new public health/ border control regime-Advice CSOG COC and other agencies on the updated MOH public health/ border control policies- Update of the Health Advisory Poster/Notice when new border control policies are implemented.- Update the public health heath/ border and control policy dashboard- Update CCG on the new policies and implementation issues and challengersInform Sectors on new developments- Assist to ensure public health/ border health measures are in place2. Monitoring & Coordination- Interface with various Task Groups (TGs), Divisions (Divs) and agencies to consolidate and update the CE list and BAU dashboard- Update principals on the progress of ongoing ops and preparations- Develop KPIs and triggers to aid monitoringDevelop and implement escalation protocols - Coordinate with TGs and Agencies to develop response plans - Work with AOC on anticipatory triggers and ops response.Task the relevant TGs and Divs as directed3.
