1. Manage, coordinate, and distribute work assignments and work schedules for Document Processing staff.2. Prepare all administrative reports and tasks performed related to document processing.3. Conduct Ms. Office Training and New Firm Software for the Team & Induction System for New Joiners.4. Manage work projects at client premises.5. Create a monthly report that includes the summary of team attendance and work log (the number of documents processed and the number of job requesters).6. Give insight to the team as part of the contribution & innovation team to the Firm.7. In charge of providing and giving Candidate tests: (a test for all candidates who want to join the firm in relation to computer Skills: Internet, Ms. Office, Ms. Excel, Ms. PowerPoint, etc )8. Provide training related to the Ms. Office and new technology office software9. Provide hands-on document formatting (Precedents Agreement, Due Diligence Report, Letter of Engagement, Proposal, Memorandum, CVs, Presentation, Numerical Data, Charts, and Forms), filling, comparing, converting, and production utilizing using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe, and any additional standard Firm software as needed. 10. Fluent in software and programs used by many law firms such as Document and Contract Automation software (Contract Express), Legal Proofreading, Define Term and Cross Reference Checker (Contract Companion/X-Ref), Comparison Software (Workshare/Change Pro), 11. Generate a Table of Contents, List of Tables, Figures, and Acronyms using Heading Styles, and Automatic References using Microsoft Word.12. Prepare electronic presentation by Firm template/customizing templates and creating/manipulating basic graphics using Microsoft PowerPoint13. Check documents for consistency and compliance in accordance with the company style manual and client proposal-specific style sheets.14. Ensure that quality standards are adhered to, documents meet client specifications and deadlines are met.
