Experience as a Regional Manager (Onsite Services) for almost 5 years and working in the oil and gas field for 9 years and still counting. His first involvement in the oil and gas industry was as a Project Engineer in Tank Maintenance activity in Kerteh, Terengganu. He has been working with RWNA Engineering Sdn Bhd, one of Malaysia's biggest onsite machining services companies, for 6 years and counting. He was attached to the Pasir Gudang branch as a Project Engineer for 6 months and was promoted to Service Development Engineer (SDE) in the Pengerang (RAPID) branch. In his 2nd year as SDE, he was promoted to Regional Manager for Borneo Region - Miri for 3 years and a half. He has been relocated to manage the Southern Region in RAPID, MMHE project, etc. His ability to communicate effectively with any local and international client led to his success in managing his region during the project execution to deliver On-Time, On-Budget, and On-Scope for every project and maintenance in on-site services works. His biggest achievement in RWNA successfully grabs an offsite flange machining contract with Petronas OUIJV machining work of more than 2000 units of various size flanges, onsite valve contract with PRPC Utilities And Facilities Rapid (2018-2022), onsite machining, control bolting, and cold cutting contract Turnaround Main Mechanical and Maintenance Mechanical Static (TA4MS) under Maysville 3 years contract (2020 - current) & Amalgamated (2020 - current) in MLNG Sarawak, Valve services, onsite machining and control bolting for contract Turnaround Main Mechanical and Maintenance Mechanical Static (TA4MS) under Dialog Maintenance in Rapid, Pengerang.
