As Lead HR, my role is to implement Decibel (HCM) across all geographical locations (UAE, Qatar, Oman & Pakistan) and its integration with SAP (HCM). I have developed HR dashboards (Power Bi) that are aligned with overall organizations objectives for senior management and other stakeholders for decision making. Being Lead Core User SAP, responsible to support HRBP for routine SAP operations and Employee Life Cycle management, Head HR for monitoring & compliance, reporting, standardization of processes, Roles & Authorizations assessment along with providing HR support to all division’s/corporate leads in Human Resources related matters.
