I am currently on MOE secondment to Tasek Academy and Social Services, where I oversee the development of evidence-informed community programmes. Through a strength-based approach, I aim to foster environments where individuals from less advantaged backgrounds, particularly youth, can thrive. Drawing on my background as a teacher, life skills trainer, and adjunct lecturer, I apply a multifaceted perspective to education and youth development.I hold a Bachelor of Science (Education) with 1st Class Honours and a Diploma in Physical Education from NIE/NTU, where I also received a Distinction for my teaching practicum. With an MOE overseas sponsorship, I completed a Master of Science (Sport & Exercise Psychology) with Distinction at Loughborough University, UK.
