 Managing and monitoring the paper and electronic correspondence, telephone, fax messages related to the site & Head Office department Handling accounts & projects documents, like RTA, DM, client, consultant, and sub-contractor & maintain files and correspondence Well come, communicate & respond to all visitors Handling archive filling system for correspondence, policies, standards, regulations and various matters related to the office Travel and hotels arrangements locally & internationally Handling phone calls, diaries, messages book and handling queries Handling phone calls & transfer as per related department or employee  Preparing correspondence on the principal's behalf Reading, monitoring and responding to the principal's email Scheduling meeting, appointments & issuing correspondence Managing the collection & delivery process  Typing letter to client, consultant, sub-contractor etc. Handling issuance of payments to sub-contractor Supervising employee, people & supervising operations Handling & coordinating drivers, vehicles, passes, services  Handling emails, couriers, payments records, tender documents, sub-contractor, client documents or all projects correspondence etc. Preparing monthly report of projects, staff, payments certificates, tickets & hotels Handling visa, emirates ID, passport renewal of higher authorities Handling petty cash & issuance of indent Arrangements all stationary , refreshment items & office supplies Handling all office machines, repairing, or purchasing Create and modify documents using Microsoft Office.  Maintain hard copy and electronic filing system.  Research, price, and purchase office furniture and supplies.  Coordinate and maintain records for staff office space, phones, parking, company credit cards and office keys. Maintain and distribute staff weekly schedules.  Collect and maintain PC inventory.  Support staff in assigned project based work.
