As a senior recruitment officer for CPPE on the Aramco Project. I am responsible for overseeing and managing the recruitment process for a wide range of challenging positions within the project. This included collaborating with the project managers and department heads to determine staffing needs, creating job descriptions, recruiting and screening candidates, conducting interviews, and making hiring recommendations.In addition to the recruitment aspect of my role, i am also involved in various HR activities for the project. This included onboarding and orientation of new hires, managing employee relations, overseeing performance management, and ensuring compliance with local labour laws and regulations. Moreover, I am also responsible for the Saudization Report and the Daily or Monthly Menpower Report.
