Project: Al-Mashriqiya Housing Project, Riyadh, KSA.Duties & Responsibilities:• Preparation of interim payment application IPA / interim payment certificate IPC with all required documents.• Preparation of change order / variation order due to any change in IFC drawings.• Preparation of bill of quantities (BOQ).• Quantities takeoff of civil - architectural, structural and interior design works.• Preparation of rate analysis of construction works.• Preparation of monthly valuation report.• Checking and monitoring of weekly and monthly site progress report for payment purpose.• Maintain expenditure records.• Receiving the quotations from the vendors, reviewing & evaluating them technically & commercially.• Preparing comparison of the received quotations, negotiating with the vendors to get best price, discount, delivery time, payment terms & condition and other commercial conditions.• Preparation of sub-contractors, manpower suppliers and material supplier’s monthly payments.• Preparation of materials demand as per site requirement.• Preparation of bar bending Schedule (BBS).• Responsible for preparation and maintaining log for payment.• Reconciliation of civil construction material to check wastage and minimize it.

Project: Chaklala Heights Residential Apartments (G+11) at Rawalpindi, PakistanDuties & Responsibilities:• Preparation of interim payment application IPA / interim payment certificate IPC with all required documents.• Preparation of notice of Extension in time due to variation as per clause 53.1 of General Condition of Contract (FIDIC).• Preparation of variation order/change order due to any change in IFC drawings under clause 52.1 of General Condition of Contract (FIDIC).• Preparation of rate analysis of construction works.• Preparation of bill of quantities (BOQ).• Preparation of price adjustment / Escalation under clause 70 of General Condition of Contract (FIDIC).• Checking and monitoring of weekly and monthly site progress report for payment purpose.• Preparation of monthly / weakly valuation report.• Reviews and replies to all correspondences regarding payments and variations with consultant & client.• Preparation of bar bending schedule (BBS) and verification from engineer for steel fixing on site.• Quantities take off civil architectural works, structural works, MEP works.• Reporting to Chief Quantity Surveyor on all commercial issues.• Submission of monthly quantity report and cost report to project manager.• Reconciliation of project payments.• Preparation and finalization of sub-contractors and suppliers monthly payments with project manager.• Preparation and finalization of materials demand for site requirement.• Reconciliation civil construction material to check wastage and minimize it.

Project: Saudi Defence Attaché Office at Islamabad, Pakistan.Duties & Responsibilities:• Preparation of interim payment application IPA / interim payment certificate IPC with all required documents.• Preparation of variation order/change order due to any change in IFC drawings under clause 52.1 of General Condition of Contract (FIDIC).• Preparation of rate analysis of all works.• Preparation of bill of quantities (BOQ).• Preparation of bar bending schedule (BBS) and verification from engineer for steel fixing on site.• Submission of monthly quantity report and cost report to project manager.• Submission of daily site progress report to project manager.• Preparation and finalization of sub-contractors and suppliers monthly payments with project manager.• Preparation and finalization of materials demand for site requirement.• Reconciliation civil construction material to check wastage and minimize it.

Key Project: Citizen Club- Islamabad, PakistanDuties & Responsibilities:• Study of project drawing & specification.• Site measurements of all works like Civil, electrical, plumbing, HVAC.• Preparation of measurements sheets of all works.• Checking the sub contractor’s progress day by day also measure daily site progress.• Daily site progress report to project manager.• Maintain office record / documentation.
