 Setup the Departmental Procedures and work flows as standard. Selects and assigns staff, ensuring equal employment opportunity in hiring and promotion. Coordinates activities by scheduling work assignments, setting priorities, and directing the work of subordinate employees. Implements programs, policies, and projects as assigned by using the GUI application of Individual Life Administration system (ILAS). Direct and coordinates claims processing, determination, fact finding, fraud investigation, payment processing, adjudication, redetermination and appeal of life compensation benefits. Ensures that staff complies with claims insurance laws, regulations, policies, and procedures to staff, employers, claimants, other agencies, government entities and officials, and the general public. Participates in the development, administration, and monitoring of budget allocations. Attend meetings in order to create a better relationship with the customers and to resolve customer complaints in a better way.

 Evaluate Group, Ordinary and Credit Life claims, Disability Claims, Accident Medical Reimbursement and In-Hospitalization Claims under the policy terms and conditions  Approved all claims within specified limit Above limit claims forward to Manager Claims for approval  Correspondence with clients and agents regarding claim queries. Coordination with Accounts Department regarding monthly reconciliation of figures. Maintain records, prepares all reports required by Region Office (Sharjah) and upper management, and composes correspondence relative to the work.  Monitors team reports, directs necessary action, and informs upper management of pertinent information.
