01. Proficient in AutoCAD 2D draft & drawings.02. Execute qualification activities there for IQ/OQ/PQ/RQ for process machinery’s including HVAC, Chiller, Compressed air and Water system.03. Execute qualification activities there for PCS & PLC Validation.04. Prepare SOPs, Protocol, Log Book and coordinate Corrective action (CAPA) activity’s related to validation process.05. Maintain Process machinery’s & HVAC systems through preventive maintenance & ensuring proper performance.06. Supervise the troubleshooting of Electrical & electronics including pneumatic instruments and systems of process & utility machinery.07. Supervise of the Instruments calibration with external vendor like Pressure gauge, Temperature Transmitter, TEM & RH Sensor, Pressure transmitter, Balance and others pharmaceuticals Instruments.08. Maintain stock spare and proper inventory management system through SAP (MM Module)
