- Issue as needed, Request for Quote (RFQ) to acquire pricing, delivery or other relevent sourcing instructions and generate Purchase Requisitions (PR), Purchase Order (PO), Purchase Contract (PC) and closure of the Good Received Note (GRN) in Netsuite system.- Resolve operational issues with the suppliers, and requestor related to the quality, delivery or receipt of good / services, invoice payment, etc.- Coordinate with all warehouse and store on purchase requisition for every item need to be ordered.- Establish the few Tender - Consumable, Non-Consumable, 40ft Haulage and Dangerous Goods (DG) in intiate the cost saving programs.- Conduct bidding and negotiation process for yearly frame purchase contract.- Coordinate and lead contracting process from negotiation to signature, liaise with Legal when needed.- Site visit and research on supplier for outcoming the supplier perfromance evaluation.- Compile documents & coordinate for Internal audit arrangement - Communicate and explain end-to-end supply chains (inputs, outputs, rationale, and gaps) and recommendations to senior management.- Perform day-to-day, hands-on logistics activities to support data center operation and expansion.- Inventory analysis and management to ensure a high level of accuracy, optimum stock level and high fulfillment.- Warehouse data management - Establish and document process and procedures.- Ad-hoc task from other related department.Achievement - In-charge of total of 22 warehouse in every regional warehouse every state in Malaysia. Besides, 52 Ninja Self Owned Store (NSOS), 20 store Route to Market (RTM) and 221 Agent Sales Network (ASN), by total of 315.- Overview KPI Sourcing Lead Time with 97% and PR to PO Cycle Time is 99%.- Tender result for example from tender 40ft Haulage showing positive value saving RM689,415 from actual spend RM3,533,895 with 19.5% within six months.- Generated and managed an average of 66 PO’s per month and annually of 792 PO’s.
